About Me

Tara L. Caden—affectionately known as TLC—is fueled by passion, purpose, and an unwavering love for life. She pours her heart and soul into everything she does, whether it’s helping others thrive, creating nourishing foods, or embracing new challenges.
As a lifelong athlete, Tara discovered her love for fitness at 14, leading to a dynamic journey through personal training, nutrition coaching, and competitive sports. She thrives on pushing her limits—whether playing beach volleyball, cycling for miles, hitting the gym, or her newest obsession—playing pickleball. Whether competing or just enjoying the game, she’s all in!

After welcoming her fourth child, Tara took on her boldest challenge yet—stepping onto the bikini competition stage at 41. She conquered her fears, embraced the process, and went on to compete in nine shows, earning six first-place trophies. Through her journey, she mastered the art of cooking clean, proving that indulgence can be both healthy and delicious.
